We Sync Global
The guide

Your release,
with a plan behind it.

WeSyncApp is one journey: a real conversation about your music, research that shows its work, a plan in weeks you can actually do, content made from that plan, and a before-and-after you can point at. This page walks it end to end, so you know exactly what you are stepping into.

When it is working

Monday has a list.

You open the app and the week is already there: three or four things that move the release, each one clear enough to start.

The blank page is gone.

Scripts, hooks, captions and artwork start from your plan and your brand guide, so you edit instead of invent.

You can point at the result.

When the campaign ends you see the window before and the window during, side by side. Fans, clicks, followers. A number you can show a manager, a label, or yourself.

The journey

Five steps. Each one hands the next what it needs.

  1. 01

    Consult

A real conversation about your release.

The consultant interviews you the way a good one would: the song, the moment it is for, who it is for, what you can spend in time and money, what has worked before. About ten minutes. It also asks how you look and sound on camera, and that becomes your brand guide.

    You bring
The release you are planning, or the one that is out, and honest answers.
    You leave with
A consultation the next steps build on, and a brand guide: your voice, your look, your audience, the words you use.
    Where it lives
Artists, then your artist, then Start a marketing plan.
  2. 02

    Research

It reads everything, and shows you where it looked.

After the interview the consultant researches on its own: your platform numbers, your audience, comparable artists, what is working in your lane right now. Every number arrives with its source. Connect Spotify, YouTube, Soundcharts or Chartmetric and the numbers come verified.

    You bring
A few minutes while it works. Connect your platforms in Settings whenever you want verified numbers.
    You leave with
A research report you can read in five minutes and quote with confidence.
    Where it lives
The consultation page, while it runs and after.
  3. 03

    Plan

One, three, six or twelve months, in weeks you can do.

From the interview and the research comes a marketing plan: your positioning, the phases of the release, and weekly tasks with a measure attached to each. Activate it and the tasks land on a calendar as a live campaign. A Monday email keeps the week in view if you want it.

    You bring
A choice of length, and a yes.
    You leave with
A plan you can read in one sitting and a campaign with dated tasks, ticked off as you go.
    Where it lives
Your artist's Marketing plans panel; the tasks live on the campaign.
  4. 04

    Create

Content that starts from the plan, not from nothing.

Any task that calls for content can make it: scripts, hooks, captions, reels, artwork, video, voiceover, motion artwork for Apple Music, and a music video brief with a storyboard cut to your song's beat. The video editor cuts, colours, captions and exports in the browser, sized for each platform. You post it from your own accounts, in your own voice, and the app has already made it the right shape for wherever it is going.

    You bring
Your song file for anything timed to music, and your taste: the app remembers what you keep and what you change.
    You leave with
A library for each artist, in the format every platform wants.
    Where it lives
Content, and from any task on the campaign.
  5. 05

    Measure

Before and after, same length, side by side.

Measure compares the campaign window with an equal window before it: fans, link clicks, follower growth, trend against trend. Smart links give every release one public page with an email signup, so the people who found you become yours to reach.

    You bring
    A campaign that ran.
    You leave with
A result you can defend, and a fan list that belongs to you.
    Where it lives
Measure; smart links from your artist's page.
Before you begin

Three things. Then you are in.

  1. 01
Create your account on the web.

Everything lives in your workspace from the first minute. The web app works on your phone's browser too.

  2. 02
    Add one artist.

Every plan, piece of content and result hangs off an artist, even when the artist is you. Managers add the whole roster; the home page shows who is building momentum.

  3. 03
Walk it first, then go live.

You can run the whole journey right away with sample output and see how each step feels. When you are ready, add your own AI key in Settings and the consultant works with your real music and numbers.

Questions people ask
Do I need to be technical?
If you can talk about your music and press a button, you can run the whole journey. The consultant asks, you answer, and the app does the rest.
I manage several artists. Does it work for a roster?
Yes. Each artist gets their own consultation, research, plan, content and results, and the home page shows the whole roster with who is building momentum this week.
What do I do with the content it makes?
Post it. Every piece comes out in the size and format of the platform it is for, so you take it from your library to your own accounts and your audience hears you, in your own voice.
My release is already out. Where do I start?
At the consultation. It asks where the release stands and the plan starts from there, whether that is a pre-release build, a launch week, or the months after.
Does it understand my genre?
It learns your lane from the interview, your real numbers and the music-industry briefs the consultant reads, and it keeps learning from the taste notes you leave on the content you keep.
Who owns what I make?
You do: your music, your words, your content. The full terms are in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, which you agree to when you create an account.

Ready when you are.

Your first consultation takes about ten minutes.
