WeSyncApp Acceptable Use Policy & Community Guidelines

Effective date: July 19, 2026

This document is published by We Sync Global, LLC ("WeSyncApp," "we," "us," or "our"), [COMPANY ADDRESS], and applies to the WeSyncApp web application, the WeSyncApp iOS application, and every public page WeSyncApp hosts (including public smart-link pages at web addresses beginning with "/l/"). Together we call these the "Service."

This document has two parts:

Part 1 — Acceptable Use Policy (AUP): the rules for everything you do on the Service, whether or not anyone else ever sees it.
Part 2 — Community Guidelines: additional rules for content that other people can see — today, that means your public smart-link pages — plus how anyone can report content, and how we enforce these rules.

This document is part of, and should be read together with, the WeSyncApp Terms of Service and the other documents it incorporates. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service. If these documents conflict: (a) for matters involving personal information, the Privacy Policy controls; (b) for all other matters, the Terms of Service control over every policy; and (c) each policy supplies additional detail on the topics it covers where the Terms of Service are silent. The disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions in the Terms of Service apply to this document as well.

PART 1 — ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. Who this applies to, and the one-sentence version

In short: If you use WeSyncApp, these rules apply to you — use the Service honestly, upload only what you have the right to upload, and don't use it to hurt, deceive, or spam anyone.

This AUP applies to every account holder and every visitor, including artists, managers, and teams who use WeSyncApp on behalf of an artist. If you use WeSyncApp for someone else (for example, you manage an artist's profile), you are responsible for making sure your use — and the content you upload about that artist — follows these rules and that you have that artist's permission.

Violating this AUP can result in content removal, suspension, or termination of your account, as described in Part 2, Section 12. Where the law requires it, we may also report violations to law enforcement.

2. Intellectual property: only upload what's yours (or licensed to you)

In short: Don't upload music, artwork, video, photos, or text that belongs to someone else unless you have permission.

Music is our whole world, so we take rights seriously. You may not:

Upload, store, distribute, or publicly display any music, recordings, compositions, beats, samples, artwork, photographs, video, or text that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right.
Upload recordings that contain uncleared samples, uncleared interpolations, or unlicensed beats and represent them as cleared.
Use another artist's name, logo, album art, or brand in your smart links or profiles in a way that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement that doesn't exist.
Remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks, or rights-management information from content.

If you believe content on WeSyncApp infringes your copyright, you can send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent: [DMCA AGENT NAME/ADDRESS]. You can also report it through the channels in Part 2, Section 10. We respond to valid takedown notices and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

3. Impersonation and misrepresentation

In short: Be who you say you are. Don't pretend to be another artist, label, or company.

You may not:

Impersonate any person, artist, band, label, distributor, playlist curator, or company, or misrepresent your affiliation with any of them.
Create artist profiles or smart-link pages for a real artist you do not represent, without that artist's authorization.
Falsely claim that a release, feature, placement, endorsement, or partnership exists.

Fan pages, parody, and commentary that are clearly labeled as such are not impersonation — but a smart-link page that a reasonable fan would mistake for the artist's official page is.

4. Harassment, hate, threats, and violence

In short: No abuse. No hate. No threats. Period.

You may not use the Service to:

Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or threaten any person.
Post or distribute content that promotes hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious disease, immigration status, or age.
Threaten, incite, glorify, or express a wish for violence or serious harm against any person or group.
Publish someone's private information (home address, phone number, private email, financial information) without their consent ("doxxing").

Artistic expression gets real latitude — music addresses dark, violent, and provocative themes, and that's fine. The line is targeting: content aimed at a real, identifiable person or protected group with the intent or effect of threatening, degrading, or inciting harm against them is prohibited, whatever the art form.

5. Sexual exploitation and minors — zero tolerance

In short: Any sexual content involving minors means immediate termination and a report to authorities. No exceptions, no warnings.

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and the sexual exploitation of minors. You may not upload, store, link to, generate, request, or distribute:

Any sexual or sexualized content depicting or appearing to depict anyone under 18, whether real, edited, or AI-generated.
Content that grooms, sexualizes, or solicits minors, or that facilitates access to such content.

Violations in this category skip every step of the enforcement ladder: immediate content removal, immediate permanent termination, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement as required or permitted by law.

You also may not use the Service to distribute non-consensual intimate imagery of anyone, of any age, including AI-generated ("deepfake") intimate imagery.

6. Fraud, deception, and illegal activity

In short: Don't use WeSyncApp to break the law or to trick people.

You may not use the Service to:

Engage in, promote, or facilitate any illegal activity, including sale of illegal goods or services.
Run scams, phishing schemes, fake giveaways, advance-fee schemes, pyramid or multi-level recruiting schemes, or any fraudulent commercial practice.
Configure smart-link destination buttons to send fans to phishing pages, malware, or destinations that materially misrepresent where the button leads (for example, a button labeled "Listen on Spotify" that goes anywhere other than the stated destination).
Launder money, evade sanctions, or violate export-control laws.

7. Malware and platform integrity

In short: Don't hack the Service, don't upload malicious files, and don't scrape it.

You may not:

Upload or distribute viruses, worms, trojans, or any malicious code, or use smart links to distribute them.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, bypass authentication or access controls, or access data or accounts that aren't yours. (If you find a security vulnerability, please tell us at julzmuzix@icloud.com instead of exploiting it.)
Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download content or data from the Service — including fan email addresses, artist profiles, or public smart-link pages — by automated means, without our prior written permission.
Interfere with the Service's operation, including flooding public signup forms with fake submissions, submitting other people's email addresses to fan signup forms without their consent, or attempting denial-of-service.
Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us.

8. Metric manipulation and streaming fraud

In short: No fake streams, fake followers, or bot engagement — it breaks our rules, it breaks Spotify's and TikTok's and Instagram's and YouTube's rules, and it can get your music taken down and your royalties withheld.

WeSyncApp exists to grow real audiences. You may not use the Service to plan, execute, promote, purchase, or measure:

Artificial streaming: bots, click farms, stream farms, coordinated repeat-play schemes, or any service that sells streams, saves, or plays.
Purchased or bot followers, likes, comments, shares, views, or pre-saves on any platform.
Manipulation of WeSyncApp's own link analytics (artificially inflating smart-link views, clicks, or signups).
Playlist-placement schemes that guarantee streams or require payment for placement in violation of a platform's rules.

Be aware that this conduct also violates the platform rules of Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and essentially every other music and social platform. Those platforms actively detect artificial activity, and consequences on their side can include removed content, withheld royalties, and banned artist accounts. WeSyncApp will not help you do it, and marketing plans or content generated through the Service may not be used for it.

9. AI features: honest use of generated content

In short: Our AI tools are for marketing your music honestly — not for cloning other people's voices or faces, or generating deceptive content.

WeSyncApp includes AI-assisted features (research, marketing plans, generated captions and scripts, generated images and video, text-to-speech voiceovers). When using them, you may not:

Create or use AI-generated voice content that imitates a real person's voice — including another artist's voice — without that person's documented consent. This includes using our voiceover tools, or third-party AI services connected through your own API keys, to produce vocal deepfakes.
Generate images or video depicting a real, identifiable person in a false or misleading way — fake endorsements, fabricated events, or intimate imagery — without that person's consent.
Present AI-generated "facts" about a real person as verified truth. Our research features gather public information about named artists; you are responsible for reviewing AI output before you publish or act on it, and for correcting or discarding anything false or defamatory.
Use AI features to mass-produce spam, deceptive reviews, astroturfing content, or misinformation.
Circumvent the usage policies of the AI providers you connect via your own API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, fal.ai, ElevenLabs, or others). Your use of those providers through WeSyncApp is also governed by their terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

AI output can be wrong. You — not WeSyncApp and not the AI provider — are responsible for the content you publish.

10. Fan emails and anti-spam rules

In short: The fan emails you collect through smart links come with strings attached: fans agreed to hear about that artist, and they were promised they can unsubscribe — you must honor both.

WeSyncApp's smart-link pages let fans give you their email address. When a fan signs up, they consent to a specific statement (currently: receiving email updates from the named artist, with the ability to unsubscribe at any time), and we record that consent. When you export and use that list, you must:

Email those fans only about the artist they signed up for, consistent with the consent they gave.
Provide a working unsubscribe mechanism in every marketing email you send them, and honor unsubscribe requests promptly. WeSyncApp does not send marketing email to your fans for you — when you export the list and mail it yourself (or through a mailing tool), you are the sender under anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, and where applicable GDPR/PECR and CASL, and compliance is your responsibility.
Never sell, rent, trade, or share your fan list with third parties for their own marketing.
Never add emails to your list that were not voluntarily submitted (no purchased lists, no harvested addresses, no signing people up without their knowledge).
Delete a fan's data from your exported copies if the fan asks you to, and tell us at julzmuzix@icloud.com so we can address the record on our side.

Using WeSyncApp smart links, email capture, or generated content to send spam of any kind is prohibited.

11. Billing honesty (for when paid plans launch)

In short: Paid billing is not live yet; when it is, don't cheat it.

WeSyncApp currently offers core and pro plan tiers, but no payments are collected today. When paid subscriptions launch — via Stripe on the web and/or Apple In-App Purchase on iOS — you may not use stolen payment credentials, abuse free trials or refunds, share one subscription across multiple organizations in violation of your plan terms, or otherwise circumvent billing. Subscription terms (auto-renewal, cancellation through your App Store settings or Stripe billing portal, and Restore Purchases on iOS) will be governed by the Terms of Service. Enforcement action under this Policy does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund except where the Terms of Service or applicable law require one.

PART 2 — COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

12. Where these Guidelines apply

In short: These extra rules cover anything on WeSyncApp that the public can see — right now, that's your smart-link pages.

Most of what you do in WeSyncApp is private to your account. But your public smart-link pages — the artist name, link title, headline, description, artwork, destination buttons, and signup form — are visible to anyone on the internet. Everything in Part 1 applies to public pages too; this Part adds standards specific to public content and explains how reporting, moderation, and enforcement work.

13. What's welcome on public pages

In short: Promote your music, your shows, your merch, and your story — creatively and honestly.

Public smart-link pages are for promoting an artist and their work: releases, pre-saves, tour dates, videos, merch, socials, press, and fan signups. Bold creative expression is welcome — striking artwork, provocative titles, explicit lyrics flagged as such. Your page, your aesthetic.

14. What's not allowed on public pages

In short: Nothing illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or infringing — and destination buttons must go where they say they go.

In addition to everything in Part 1, public smart-link pages may not contain:

Sexually explicit or pornographic imagery. (Suggestive album art happens in music; explicit content does not belong on a public page that anyone, including minors, can open without warning.)
Graphic violence or gore presented for shock value.
Hate symbols or content targeting protected groups (see Section 4).
Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
Promotion of regulated or illegal goods (drugs, weapons) or of gambling schemes.
Misleading destination buttons — the label must fairly describe where the link goes.
Artwork or media you don't have the right to display (see Section 2).
Malware links, phishing pages, or scam destinations (see Sections 6 and 7).

Because these pages are objectionable-content surfaces under Apple's App Store Review Guidelines (Guideline 1.2), we apply these standards to all public content regardless of which device it is viewed on.

15. How to report content

In short: Use the "Report this page" link in any public page's footer, or email julzmuzix@icloud.com — we review objectionable-content reports within 24 hours.

Anyone — fan, artist, rights holder, or visitor, with or without an account — can report content:

Report link: every public smart-link page footer includes a "Report this page" link that emails our team. Use it to flag the page and tell us what's wrong.
Email: you can also send reports directly to our support email at julzmuzix@icloud.com — include the page's web address and a description of the problem.
Copyright: rights holders may additionally use the DMCA process in Section 2 ([DMCA AGENT NAME/ADDRESS]).
Privacy: if the report concerns your personal data (for example, your email was added to a fan list without your consent), you can also contact julzmuzix@icloud.com.

We review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours — including removing the content and, where warranted, ejecting the responsible user. Reports of imminent danger to a person should also go to local emergency services.

16. Our moderation and removal authority

In short: We can remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules — we'd rather not, but we will.

You are responsible for your content; we do not pre-screen it. However, we reserve the right (but do not assume the obligation) to review, block, restrict the visibility of, or remove any content, and to suspend or terminate any account, that we reasonably believe violates this document, the Terms of Service, or applicable law, or that creates risk or legal exposure for us, our users, or the public. We may act on a report or on our own initiative, and we may preserve and disclose content and account information where we believe in good faith that the law requires it or that it is necessary to protect the safety of any person.

17. Enforcement ladder

In short: Ordinary violations get a warning first; serious or repeated ones escalate to removal, suspension, then termination — and the worst categories skip straight to termination.

For most violations we follow a graduated approach:

1.Warning. We notify you of the violation and what needs to change.
2.Content removal. We remove or unpublish the violating content (for example, taking a smart-link page offline).
3.Suspension. We temporarily suspend your account or specific features (such as public pages) while the issue is addressed.
4.Termination. We permanently close your account for repeated or unremedied violations.

We choose the starting rung based on severity, intent, and history. Some categories skip the ladder entirely and result in immediate termination: sexual content involving minors (with reporting to authorities, per Section 5), credible threats of violence, malware or attacks on the Service, large-scale fraud, and repeat copyright infringement after notice. Where reasonably possible we will tell you what action we took and why, using the email on your account.

18. Appeals

In short: If you think we got it wrong, email julzmuzix@icloud.com within 30 days and a human will take a second look.

If your content was removed or your account was restricted and you believe we made a mistake, you may appeal by emailing julzmuzix@icloud.com within 30 days of the enforcement action. Include your account email, the content or action at issue, and why you believe the decision was wrong (for example, proof of rights or license, evidence of authorization from the artist, or context we missed). Appeals are reviewed by a person, not an automated system. We aim to respond within 14 days. Our decision on appeal is final, except where applicable law gives you additional rights. Appeals are not available for zero-tolerance categories under Section 5.

19. Changes to this document

In short: We'll post updates here, and for significant changes we'll tell you before they take effect.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy and these Community Guidelines as the Service, the law, or platform requirements (including Apple's App Store Review Guidelines) evolve. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide reasonable advance notice — for example, by email to your account address or an in-app notice — before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance of it. If any provision of this document is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted. This document is governed by the law of [GOVERNING LAW STATE] as provided in the Terms of Service.
